G-Code Game Truck Reservations
Get ready to secure your spot for an unforgettable gaming experience with G-Code Game Truck! Here's what you need to know:
Booking Process:
To reserve your gaming adventure, we require a credit card. Upon booking, a 50% deposit is due, with the remaining balance payable in full on the day of the event to ensure seamless enjoyment.
Travelling Fuel Charge:
Our gaming excitement spans a 20-mile radius from SW Atlanta, GA 30331 and Champaign, IL 61820. But hey, we're always up for going the extra mile—literally! We will travel up to 25 miles at no charge. For anything over 40 miles, give us a call.
Refund/Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
Once booked, there are no refunds for cancellations, and any remaining balance must be paid if the event is canceled within 72 hours. Events may be rescheduled once within six months of the original date, pending availability, with no penalty fee.
Weather Impact on Events:
At G-Code Game Truck, our state-of-the-art gaming theater is equipped for year-round entertainment with climate control for both hot summers and cold winters. While we generally operate smoothly throughout the year, mild inclement weather may impact the availability of exterior gaming stations. In such cases, our dedicated Game Coach will make necessary adjustments to ensure a successful event.
In the event of severe and unexpected weather conditions, storm warnings, flooding, heavy rain, thunder/lightning storms, extreme winds, etc., G-Code Game Truck reserves the right to delay or reschedule services. This decision is made to prioritize the safety of our staff, equipment, and, most importantly, you and your guests. If you anticipate any weather threats that could affect your event, feel free to contact us in advance to discuss possible rescheduling options for a later date. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities!
Children's Supervision:
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, a parent or guardian must accompany children 6 years old and younger throughout the gaming experience. Additionally, we require a parent or guardian to be within contact with the gaming coaches for kids under the age of 15 should a need to contact them arise.
Food/Drinks:
No food or drinks are allowed inside the gaming theater.
Damage/Injury
At G-Code Game Truck, we prioritize the safety of our equipment, staff, and guests. While we strive to accommodate requests for specific positioning of the gaming theater, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting property damage, whether above or below ground. In cases where damages occur due to the careless or intentional actions of the client's guests, G-Code Game Truck reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for repairs or replacement of damaged equipment. Additionally, we do not assume any responsibility for injuries sustained on the client's property or designated location. It is understood that all liability for damages or injuries rests solely with the client and/or host.
Alcohol/Drugs:
At G-Code Game Truck, we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. While we understand that alcohol may be present at parties or events, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or shorten any event if alcohol consumption jeopardizes the safety of guests, staff, or equipment. Our mission is to provide a fun and entertaining environment for your guests in a clean and safe setting. Therefore, the use of drugs, whether illegal or legal narcotics used in an unlawful manner, will not be tolerated in or around our equipment. Any observed use of narcotics will result in the immediate termination of the party.
Pictures/Videos:
At G-Code Game Truck, we're all about capturing the excitement and fun of your special event or party! Our Ultimate coaches may snap photos or record videos inside or outside our gaming theater to showcase the awesome experience. These images and videos may be featured on our social media channels, website, or other promotional items to share the joy of gaming with others.
Please note that by participating in our event, you and your guests agree that any pictures or videos taken by our staff may be used for promotional purposes. We do not offer royalties for the use of these materials.
If you prefer not to have your event featured on our social media or promotional items, please reach out to us before the party or inform our staff upon their arrival. We respect your preferences and are happy to accommodate your request.
Video Games Rating:
We'll only play "M" rated or higher games with client authorization or adult approval at the event.
G-Code Game Trailer and Truck:
Our Game Coaches will park the trailer in the best spot for stability and safety. The trailer remains attached to the truck during events, and we require a level, hardened surface for parking, with a minimum of 40-50 feet of space.
